First reviews of the new “The End Is Only the Beginning EP”
The first reviews for the new album are in, check it out…
“this lands somewhere in the strange and mysterious land where both electroheads and metalheads are able to appreciate it, the way Rammstein was able to bring the two frontlines together to shake hands and sing songs together a few years back. I’m going to cut the crap guys, no wannabe poetic words, I’ll give it to you straight up. This is truly the shit and ‘The End Is Only The Beginning’ is absolutely the most surprising release for me of 2012.”

“There are certain people contributing to this EP and album that caught my eye and those are Chris Vrenna (NIN, M. Manson) and Josh Freese (NIN, DEVO, Perfect Circle), me being a NIN and M. Manson fan before he went Holy Wood, it was an instant peak of interest. Freese drums and WVM vocals goes great together, at first I didn’t think the voice of WVM would be ok with the semi electronic sound but no doubts now. The EP has that awesome static electronic punch I haven’t enjoyed in a while, a crystal clear indication that this guy knows what he’s doing and I’m not worried at all about the outcome of the album.”

“Sometimes a record is as much an indulgence as a glass of LBV port wine, intoxicating every cell of your body as the notes filter in through the ear canal. In short, once the music’s playing it’s left on repeat for hours and hours and hours.Out of Los Angeles, WVM’s dark electronic tunes careen tight around the guardrails of industrial and goth rock with a sprinkling of EDM thrown in for good measure. for a virtual unknown unattached to the great machine that is a major label, WVM is a stunning and welcome listen”

“WVM is one of the few electronic artists who truly interests me. His music somehow has all of the evil of black metal yet also the mainstream appeal of hip hop. It is hard to fully describe the dominating sounds he creates.”

“This is one for the electro-heads. This is one for the metal-heads. This is one for those who are still stuck in a romantical entanglement with the best of 80s electro-pop. What can we say, WVM is a little hard to classify but this four track teaser of an EP will leave you itching for a full-length album.”
